Carlton, in the 1960's I became friends with a man in San Francisco, California. He called himself Carlton Russell and claimed he was from B.H. now Belize. He said that his father was the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of B.H. and that he was a lawyer, having graduated from Cambridge University. Are you that man and if not do you have any idea who he might be?
